We know how exciting it is to add a new piece of home decor to your walls or to wrap your gift/present for a loved one. Therefore, we always aim to get your prints dispatched within two working days.

 

How Will My Prints Be Packaged?

For prints up to A4 size we use hard backed envelopes. For prints A3 and over we use robust postal tubes. Prints flatten easily after being shipped in tubes.

 

When will I receive my order?

UK Standard:

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive once you receive a dispatch email. If your print hasn't arrived during this time, please email as at info@trendingprintstore.com so we can look into this for you. Please note, shipping may take longer to British isles and surroundings.  

UK Royal Mail Tracked 48:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a tracked service allowing you to track your order. Whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver your order within 2 working days of purchase, it can in some instances take up to 4 days. Please allow plenty of time before ordering.

Europe:

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive once you receive a dispatch email. All USA orders are sent via Royal Mail. If your print hasn't arrived during this time, please email as at info@trendingprintstore.com so we can look into this for you. 

United States:

Please allow up to 10 - 14 working days for your order to arrive once you receive a dispatch email. All USA orders are sent via Royal Mail. If your print hasn't arrived during this time, please do check the tracking and be aware there can sometimes be delays at customs. Please email as at info@trendingprintstore.com so we can look into this for you.  

Customs:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply (this should not apply). The Trending Print Store are not responsible for delays due to customs.
